Peter Hopkins & Carl Tait established a Marketing
Company in 2001. The Original Company was formed in 1994 and promoted
internet based products and services to Clients across the world.
We became interested in Villa
marketing after Peter Hopkins purchased two Villas in Florida and quickly
realised that many companies just take your money and do very little for it.
Our Pledge to the Clients of our various websites is that we spend
every penny we receive from rental advertising and membership fees on
promoting our Client's Villas.
How do we make money? We simply
charge a small admin fee with each booking that is met by our Guests. The
Guests receive very much enhanced service from us right from booking to
arriving back home and our Villa Owners receive 100% of the rental income
charged. This means we only make money when both our Guests and Owners are
happy and have benefitted from using our services; in other words we are
paid on results.
Our belief is that if you hand over
£100 for advertising; that should be spent on advertising and we aim to book
out each Villa advertised at least six weeks per year in addition to the
existing bookings an owner may have. We do this in the only way possible;
high positions on Google and Yahoo; good value and fair pricing, but above
all a prompt and efficient service for both our Villa Owners and Guests.
Not only do we provide expert
marketing services for our Villa Owners, we also have an extensive range of
internet technical services to both improve your websites performance and to
provide full website design, marketing and hosting to Villa owners who have
yet to set up their own site.
We are based in York and have over
100 Villa websites to cover every vacation area, from the USA to Australia.
