The Price table below gives you an indication of pricing for each category of Villa. We can send you full details of each villa on request; just call us and we will email you a specific villa brochure & details.

The Prices are variable for each Villa based on it's size, amenities and location.

The price you see listed with the Villa is discounted by the Owner and is all inclusive and includes Villa Rental, Local Taxes, Cleaning Fees, Electricity, Air conditioning and Pool Heating as well as the small handling fee of 10%
A 20% deposit is required to book.

If your Villa cost is higher then £1500.00 then 25% is required. The balance is due eight weeks before arrival.



Our Prices are set by the Owners of the Villa. All transactions are handled safely and securely by The Society of Villa Owners in York.
